🔐 Full Google OAuth Verification Checklist

Complete these steps in Google Cloud Console, then submit for verification:
  1. OAuth consent screen → Open consent screen
    • User type: External
    • App name: Cloud Customs (must match homepage exactly — not “project-604185718459”)
    • Support email: chikhudo@gmail.com
    • App logo: upload your Cloud Customs logo (120×120 px)
    • App domain: cloud-customs.com and cloud-customs.web.app
    • Homepage: https://cloud-customs.com/home.html (use this lightweight page — do not use /index.html, it is too heavy for Google's checker)
    • Privacy policy: https://cloud-customs.web.app/cloud-custom-privacy-policy2.html
    • Terms: https://cloud-customs.web.app/cloud-custom-terms-and-conditions.html
  2. Verify domain ownership → Google Search Console
    • Verify cloud-customs.com (and add cloud-customs.web.app if you use it as homepage)
    • In OAuth consent screen → Authorized domains, add only the root domains (no https://, no paths)
  3. OAuth client → Credentials
    • Authorized JavaScript origins: https://cloud-customs.web.app, https://cloud-customs.com, https://www.cloud-customs.com
    • Do not request extra scopes — only analytics.readonly
  4. Record a demo video (YouTube, unlisted is fine)
    • Show login → click Authorize → Google consent → dashboard loading real GA data
    • Explain the app is an internal admin tool for Cloud Customs website analytics
  5. Submit verification → OAuth consent screen → Publish App → Prepare for verification
    • Scope justification: “Read-only Google Analytics access so authorized Cloud Customs admins can view website traffic and event reports in our internal dashboard.”
    • Who has access: internal administrators only
    • Paste demo video URL and privacy policy URL
While waiting for approval (1–6 weeks): keep the app in Testing mode and add admin emails under Test users, or use Advanced → Continue on the warning screen.

To enable real-time data, please enable the Google Analytics Data API:
1. Go to Google Cloud Console - Enable API
2. Click the "ENABLE" button
3. Wait 1-2 minutes, then refresh this page
4. Click the authorization button above
